The Washington State Transportation Commission (WSTC) sponsors the VOWS program and is in the beginning stages of designing the next statewide survey. But first we need your help in making this program a success – the more people we get to participate, the stronger the message will be to our State’s decision makers. So we would like to ask if you would share this information with your colleagues, neighbors, and friends and encourage them join the VOWS program.
