Artist Reception - Kathy Larsdotter

Kathy Larsdotter, a long time Vashon potter, and former Harbor School art teacher, is showing a new series of oil paintings at Cafe Luna this month. Painting is a relatively new passion for this Dockton resident. This series of images, called "Outside Time", explores moments losing oneself in the simple acts of watching water, sky, children, and dogs. Ordinary experiences become extraordinary when viewed with gentle awe and gratitude. The show will open Friday, July 1st and run throughout the month.
