17 teams compete in the Shape Up Vashon Love Yourself Challenge

Cheer for your favorite teams as they compete to meet their goals in exercise, healthy eating, home safety, decreasing stress and their own personal goals. Results will be announced at an all Island SUV party June 1st 5:00-6:30 at McMurray. The party celebrates health and fitness with contests, prizes and a Zumba demonstration by Sara Van Fleet.
