Training classes on Facebook, Twitter and Pintrest

The Vashon Island Chamber of Commerce is offering training classes on Facebook, Twitter and Pintrest. If you are interested in learning why you should or how to get your business or organization up to speed with social media opportunities and don’t know where to begin, this is your chance!

These are beginner classes that will guide you step by step! Classes are FREE to Chamber members. The charge for non-Chamber members is $30. Facebook, Twitter and Pintrest will be combined into three short sessions. These classes will be led by Marianne Metz-Lipe of Values4Vashon. Constant Contact will be held as a separate class.

Classes will be held in the early morning 8-10 AM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 14, 15, and 16 at the Penny Farcy Center where you can bring your laptop for hands-on learning! This is a 3-day course.

If you are not a Chamber member - now is a good time to join! Our annual billing occurs on October 1st of each year. Membership cost is $165.00 per year (based on number of employees), but would be prorated at this time for 5 months at a cost of $68.75 (only $13.75 per month).
