Pre-order your Jim Neal Secret Recipe Salmon. Fresh, not frozen, marinated & wrapped with two layers of foil ready to put on the grill or to bake in the oven. Buy several and freeze for grillin’ or a dinner party.

The USDA Salmon Serving size is 3oz or about the size of the palm of your hand or a deck of cards, but

you don’t want to run out of fish when feeding a pod of hungry sharks now, do you?

We will try and match the weight of fish you want but we have no control over what the fishermen ship. Final payment due will reflect the actual weight of the fish which may be plus /minus your requested weight.

All fresh fish not picked up on Sunday July 31st between 3-4:30pm will then be frozen. You will then need to contact the SJV office to schedule a time to pickup and pay for your fish. Thank you, the SJV Fish Guys!
