General Manager Candidates will be Introduced at Park District Meeting

 Vashon Park District commissioners will hold their regular meeting Tuesday, January 22, 7PM at Ober Park. The agenda will be online at vashonparkdistrict.org Friday, January 18.
 
Commissioners have narrowed their General Manager search to four candidates. These candidates will be available for staff, user group and community interviews in open public meetings at Ober Park on the following schedule:
Wednesday, January 23, 6-8PM, two candidates, each available to the staff, user groups and the public for one hour and in Executive Session with commissioners for one hour.
Friday, January 25, 6-8PM, two candidates, each available to the staff, user groups and the public for one hour and in Executive Session with commissioners for one hour.
 
Those who attend the open interviews will be asked to sign in and indicate what group they represent. Each questioner will be allowed one minute to pose their question, and the candidate allowed a maximum of two minutes to respond. User groups are encouraged to limit representation to one person in the interest of fairness to all groups.
